Who I am
I left home at 22 with no roadmap. Now I share mine.
I'm Vertika, the face behind The Black Ewe. I built my career in product management from scratch, one deliberate move at a time. Here you get the exact scripts, templates and moves I use, so you don't have to work them out alone.

Who this is for
For women who do good work and want it to show.
Especially women in tech and product. And if you're a PM figuring out your next move, you're in the right place.
You work in product or tech, or you're on your way in.
Your work is strong. Your resume and your appraisal don't show it yet.
You want to be paid for the role, not for your last salary.
You want to speak up in the rooms that decide your career.
What I help you do
Land the role. Get the raise. Own the room.
Land the role
Turn your resume and your story into interviews, and walk into every round knowing what it's really testing.
Resume · Interviews · Switching roles
Get the raise
Build the evidence for your promotion, and negotiate an offer with a number and a reason, in words that work.
Promotion case · Negotiation
Own the room
Speak up, be heard and get taken seriously in the high-stakes rooms that decide your career.
Presence · Confidence
1:1 Sessions
Talk it through, one to one.
Direct, practical opinions on your resume, your interviews or your next move, not generic tips. You leave every session with a clear next step.
